Grant Career Center Honors Students at National Technical Honor Society Induction Ceremony
On March 12, 2026, Grant Career Center proudly inducted a new class of students into the Elizabeth Abbott Chapter of the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS), recognizing excellence in career and technical education.
The ceremony brought together students, families, and staff to celebrate individuals who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in their labs, strong academic performance, leadership, and a commitment to their future careers.

Becoming a member of NTHS is a significant accomplishment. Inductees have met rigorous qualifications and consistently demonstrated professionalism, work ethic, and dedication to their chosen pathways.

A powerful moment of the evening came as each student stepped forward to light their candle, symbolizing knowledge, leadership, and their commitment to excellence. As the room filled with light, it served as a visual reminder of the bright futures ahead for each of these students.
The ceremony also included the official NTHS pledge, where students committed to maintaining the highest standards of personal and professional conduct, continuing their record of achievement, and using their talents and skills to make a positive impact in their careers and communities .
Throughout the evening, inductees were recognized not only for what they have accomplished, but for what lies ahead. Their work in programs such as Allied Health, Construction Technology, IT, Cosmetology, Veterinary Science, Engineering, and more reflects the strength and diversity of opportunities at Grant Career Center.

Membership in the National Technical Honor Society provides students with national recognition, scholarship opportunities, and a strong foundation as they transition into the workforce, military, or higher education.
As each candle was lit and each pledge was spoken, students joined a legacy of excellence that continues to grow at Grant Career Center.
Congratulations to all of this year’s inductees for choosing to be great and representing Grant Nation with pride.
