Culinary Arts is an exciting and fast paced career preparation program!

Students learn food preparation of regional and global cuisine, to include desserts, pastries, sauces, and vegetables.  Students will showcase their skills and techniques in our very own restaurant, which is open to the public!

Culinary Arts Trip to Louisville Ky!

Sweet Surrender: A phenomenal dessert shop that offers 20 varieties of layered cake on a daily basis that you can purchase by the slice.  We tried many flavors from Strawberry Pound Cake (Layered vanilla pound cake with vanilla buttercream and fresh strawberry coulis), Flourless Chocolate Cake, Turtle Cheesecake, Vegan Cupcake, and pictured Chocolate Lavender cake (Chocolate Cake layered with Chocolate Ganache and Lavender Buttercream).  Sweet Surrender interns Sullivan University students!

Trying new cuisine at Molly Malone's while in Louisville.  Irish fare lead us to try Scotch Eggs (hard boiled egg incased in sausage and drizzled with aioli) and potato leek soup.  Our server was the real deal from Ireland herself!
