The Advanced Manufacturing Academy (AMA) is an on-campus work based learning (WBL) placement that offers Grant seniors with an aptitude and interest in advanced manufacturing a hands-on training opportunity sponsored by Milacron. By integrating classroom instruction with live training on industry equipment, this WBL experience equips students with the technical expertise and industry specific competencies to jumpstart their success in the field of manufacturing.

The AMA provides students with a seamless transition to employment and boosts career opportunities in the advanced manufacturing sector.
