Criminal Justice
The Criminal Justice program combines safety, law enforcement, investigation, ethics, human relations, and equipment training to provide an in-depth understanding of the criminal justice and public safety fields. As part of this program, you will also engage in daily physical exercise and fitness training.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
Understand law enforcement terminology, classifications, and characteristics of crime, as well as how various court systems are utilized to evaluate and punish criminals.
Police Work and Public Safety Practice: Learn self-defense and subject control skills, as well as patrol, surveillance, and traffic operations.
Criminal Investigations & Forensics: Research the psychology of criminal conduct. Using case studies and simulated crime scenes, gather and analyze evidence.
The Correctional System and Services: Learn about the duties of a correctional officer, including how to process inmates, manage security, and comprehend inmate mental health issues.
