On Monday, September 25th, Grant Equine Students volunteered at the Brown County 4H Horse Show. Students rotated between preparing awards for class winners, being a ring steward, announcing classes, and staging the ring with equipment for trail class. The day was both educational and enjoyable! The judge took the time to walk our students through the process of placing a class. The show manager, who manages the judge’s cards, makes announcements, facilitates rules, etc., allowed the students to experience all aspects of being a show manager. It was truly an eye opening experience for our students.
