The Sports Gallery Restaurant
The Sports Gallery Restaurant is a valuable tool for the students enrolled in the Culinary Careers program to showcase their new skills and special cooking talents. The students learn management skills, purchasing techniques and accounting skills necessary for restaurant operation. The daily operation of the Sports Gallery gives students the opportunity to practice service techniques, food preparation and teamwork skills.
The Sports Gallery Restaurant is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. For more information, call the Sports Gallery at 513.734.6222 extension 3103.
